Quick Reference Underwriting Guidelines — Effective November 1, 2010

On July 27, 2010, Fannie Mae released Announcement SVC-2010-9 requiring Seller Servicers to execute a release form ("Mortgage Insurance Disclosure Instructions and Release") authorizing RMIC and other Insurers to release data to Fannie Mae for any mortgage loans that Fannie Mae owns or securitizes. The stated purpose of this announcement was to enhance the accuracy of Fannie Mae's mortgage insurance-related data.
