Statement of Position:
Responsible for managing of a Sales Territory and for establishing, identifying, securing, growing and retaining business for RMIC.
Primary Responsibilities:

This position typically carries full responsibility for the management of a Sales Territory and the accounts within that geographical territory.

Responsible for creating and implementing a sales plan that will be consistent with Company goals.

Identify and target prospects and follow up on leads.

Accountable for knowledge of all RMIC and Old Republic’s products and services and be able to effectively present the correct product to the appropriate customer
-
Target specific ways that potential customers can benefit from RMIC and Old Republic’s products and services and communicate these.

Schedule and conduct sales calls.

Develop new business while increasing activity and managing current customers.

Coordinate work with Home Office staff and Regional Underwriting offices
-
Build and maintain strong, profitable external and internal customer relationships. Understand their needs. Respond quickly, appropriately to their needs.
