RMIC offers "traditional" contract underwriting of mortgage loans at each of our local underwriting offices. Supported by RMIC's rules based Underwriting Analysis, we can underwrite to your or your investors' exact product guidelines.

Using RMIC Contract Services can be more cost-effective during periods of high or fluctuating volume as it gives you resources when you need them and allows you to shift fixed costs to variable costs determined by volume.
