Old Republic Insured Credit Services (ORICS) specializes in innovative loss protection programs for the property improvement and home equity lending industry through a credit indemnity product underwritten by Old Republic Insurance Company. Since 1954, ORICS has helped more than 3000 financial institutions enhance their property related consumer loan portfolios by originating billions of dollars in new home equity loans and transferring the cost of losses due to borrower default from their institution to Old Republic Insurance Company. ORICS offers a variety of credit indemnity coverages for such consumer loans as home improvement, second lien and other borrowings.

ORICS offers a variety of services from underwriting and technical support to program training and marketing services. These programs are designed with flexibility so that each lender's needs can be accommodated on an individual basis.
