RMIC offers training programs and seminars to help servicers train their employees. In fact, we wrote the first book in the industry that explains how servicers can work with borrowers to avoid foreclosure. Our Fraud Prevention Manual is used by lenders all over the country to help detect and avoid fraud on the front end to reduce the chance of claims.
