We have introduced many programs to help low- and moderate-income borrowers, as well as borrowers with limited cash for closing, with the purchase of their first homes. RMIC offers excellent educational materials designed to assist lenders in meeting their Fair Housing lending objectives and Community Reinvestment Act goals.
