We've also expanded the ELS product offerings to include Contract Underwriting and Full Package Mortgage Insurance submissions in one convenient location.

• New service options: Order non-delegated Full Package Mortgage Insurance and Contract Underwriting online.
• No more faxing: Upload loan documents using the new integrated secure upload tool. Uploaded documents automatically enter the underwriting queue with no delays caused by faxing or hard copy delivery.
• Order status tracking: Enhanced Case Queue lets you view the status of your order.
• Applications populated automatically: Mortgage Insurance and Contract Underwriting applications are generated on the user interface with no need to fax or upload a request form for Full Package MI or Contract Underwriting orders.
• Immediate RMIC loan number confirmation: Returned instantly following new document uploads along with links to service results and ability to view previously uploaded documents.
• View your loan file: Uploaded or faxed loan files are automatically sorted, split and indexed.
• On demand fax cover sheet: If a document needs to be faxed, you can generate a cover sheet with borrower information and RMIC's loan number pre-populated. Electronic loan document images are not required to utilize the new Document Upload feature, and other benefits of the new ELS release.
