RMIC's Rate Estimator lets you receive mortgage insurance premium rate estimates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It's easy to access and simple to use.

By selecting a few data fields, you'll receive the appropriate rate estimate and the amount of the estimated initial premium. RMIC's Rate Estimator also calculates any applicable state surcharges and municipality taxes so that you don't have to do the work.
