Small Community and Rural Property Appraisal Review
Course Description:
This 90 minute class was designed in response to the challenges associated with reviewing homes in small communities or rural areas. The class specifically addresses; What makes these types of properties difficult to review, what is not acceptable, how to look at key sections of the appraisal and formulate effective questions for the appraiser when the "picture" is unclear.
