Topics RMIC has partnered with CampusMBA to develop a comprehensive, instructor-led Loss Mitigation workshop specifically for our servicer-partners. The 6-hour session is facilitated by CampuMBA instructors with a customized section on RMIC Loss Mitigation initiatives led by an RMIC instructor. In addition, a copy of the CampusMBA Loss Mitigation print course may be included as a take away.

Topics covered during this one day, intensive workshop include:

• Reasons for default
• Pre-emptive mitigation
• Reasons to mitigation
• Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loss mitigation programs and requirements
• RMIC loss mitigation options

This boot camp style workshop includes the opportunity to design a loss mitigation work out plan. Participants can take an online final exam following the conclusion of the workshop and qualify for CMB and CMS points.

• Loan servicing professionals
• Any associate who is responsible for performing and monitoring loss mitigation workouts

At the end of the Loss Mitigation Workshop, participants will be able to:

• Understand the role and importance of loss mitigation.
