How do I get started?
How do I get my borrower registered for the telephone interview?
How does the interview process work?

The Pre-Homeownership Education Counselor will contact the borrower, during the time chosen on the registration form, to complete the telephone interview.

The interview will take approximately 15 minutes for the borrower to complete over the phone.

When the borrower has successfully completed the interview, a certificate of completion will be faxed to the contact person listed on the registration form.
How much does the counseling session cost?

Counseling sessions are billed to the lender or broker at $105.

If the loan is insured by RMIC, please provide your RMIC Master Policy number or MI Certificate number on the registration form and you will not be billed.
What if my borrower speaks Spanish?

Does my borrower need to call anyone to set up the interview?
