Landlord Counseling

RMIC can provide Landlord Counseling information and materials for your customers. The course, developed by Fannie Mae, explains aspects of property management such as finding tenants, determining appropriate rent, budgeting, making repairs and legal services. Sample documents such as rental applications and lease agreements are also included. Participants can complete the course at their own pace and receive a certificate of achievement upon passing the final test.
