Lender Training

RMIC offers Affordable Housing training for lenders as well as borrowers. Our partnerships with community housing groups, investors and state and local governments help qualified low- and moderate-income borrowers achieve home ownership, while helping our customers expand their market of potential customers.

We provide convenient access to the forms and materials you need to register your borrowers, conduct telephone counseling sessions and establish billing for Affordable Housing Training. If you need additional support, our local underwriting offices and your RMIC account manager can answer questions and help you arrange training for your originators or customers.
