RSA is headed by Larry Charbonneau, a 28-year veteran of the finance industry with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as mortgage banking consulting. From 1982 to 2003, Charbonneau was President of Houston-based Charbonneau-Cannon and then Charbonneau-Klein, both of which provided assistance to financial institutions for projects ranging from commercial developments to all aspects of residential production and marketing. He also offered services in the evaluation, sale and acquisition of mortgage loan servicing, mortgage loans and mortgage banking firms. Larry is based in Houston, TX.
