Whether you're securitizing, selling or retaining loans in your portfolio, RMIC is able and experienced at providing bulk insurance on closed loans. Loans are evaluated and primary and supplemental mortgage insurance is written on the loans before they are securitized.

Our proprietary software allows us to evaluate large groups of loans quickly and price accurately for the risk involved. The loans are then put together by mortgage firms or Wall Street companies and purchased by investors, which may include large lenders.
