RMIC ELS® (Electronic Loan Submission) lets you submit loans quickly and easily for mortgage insurance and contract underwriting. With ELS you can order mortgage insurance online using Delegated Underwriting and EASY IQ2® with our intuitive, forms-based submission process. We provide realtime online editing and immediate responses on mortgage insurance submissions to streamline both loan processing and underwriting. Electroinc delivery of the Commitment/Certificate contributes to increasing speed and accuracy because data is transmitted electronically instead of by fax or courier.

ELS works with Fannie Mae's Desktop Originator®, Desktop Underwriter® and Freddie Mac's Loan Prospector®. It is compatible with all loan origination and processing systems that can export a Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter file. The browser-based navigation makes it easy to deploy enhanced services and distribute automated underwriting to third party origination channels.

Its completely secure environment protects your sensitive customer information, and because it is Internet-based, there's no software to maintain or upgrade. RMIC has dedicated resources ready to help you register and use ELS -- all you need is Internet access, an email account and a compatible browser.
